Be Part of the Magic
It takes a whole community to bring our productions to life! From helping backstage to greeting guests in the theaters, volunteers make COYB’s performances and programs possible. No dance experience is required — just a willingness to pitch in and support our dancers.
Ways to Volunteer
- Backstage Support – Assist with costumes, props, or stage transitions.
- Sewing & Costumes – Help create and maintain costumes that bring our characters to life.
- Set Creation – Build, paint, or assemble scenic pieces for productions.

Youth Involvement
Our youth aren’t only on stage, they’re backstage calling the show, running spotlights, and even sweeping up snow. Local theater students have joined COYB as stage managers, lighting designers, and crew members. These experiences not only build valuable skills but also count as volunteer hours, making it a meaningful way for students to support the arts and their community.
